Shipping to Switzerland and the United Kingdom
Our products are entirely made in Italy. Thanks to trade agreements between the European Union and Switzerland, and between the EU and the United Kingdom, most shipments are not subject to customs duties.
To benefit from this exemption in the UK, we include the preferential origin declaration directly on the invoice, as required by the agreement.

We cover customs clearance fees, while any local duties and taxes (such as VAT) remain the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot guarantee the complete absence of additional charges, as each shipment may be assessed differently by local authorities.

Shipping to USA

Shipments to the United States are handled by reliable international couriers such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS. Standard delivery takes approximately 7–14 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs procedures. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping charges. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your delivery in real time. We ship exclusively to valid addresses within the continental United States and do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, strikes, or customs inspections. In the event of loss or damage during transit, please contact us immediately so we can open a claim with the courier.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

You have the right to change your mind for any reason within 14 days of receiving the products.
Duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Return Procedure:

• Initiate a return by sending a request via email to customercare@timoteomilano.com indicating the date and order number.
• We have a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery (pursuant to Art.52 of the Consumer Code).
• After approval, you will receive detailed instructions.
• Your country's shipping rate will apply for collection, which will be at your expense.   

Conditions:

• Returned items must be unused, in perfect condition, with tags attached and packaging intact (with dust bag).
• Missing or damaged items may result in a deduction from your refund amount.

Changes:

• It is possible to make an exchange for items of equal value by requesting it via email.
• Your country's shipping rate will apply for collection, which will be at your expense. 

Refunds:

• Refunds will be processed to the payment method used for purchase, within 28 working days.
• Upon return of the products and after verifying their integrity, we will refund the amount already paid for the purchase of the product, excluding shipping costs, using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
• PayPal refunds will have PayPal fees deducted.

Shipping costs for exchanges and returns are the responsibility of the customer.
