RETURN AND EXCHANGE
You have the right to change your mind for any reason within 14 days of receiving the products.
Duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Return Procedure:
- Initiate a return by sending a request via email to customercare@timoteomilano.com indicating the date and order number.
- We have a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery (pursuant to Art.52 of the Consumer Code).
- After approval, you will receive detailed instructions.

Conditions:
- Returned items must be unused, in perfect condition, with tags attached and packaging intact (with dust bag).
- Missing or damaged items may result in a deduction from your refund amount.
Changes:
- It is possible to make an exchange for items of equal value by requesting it via email.
- Your country's shipping rate will apply for collection, which will be at your expense.

Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed to the payment method used for purchase, within 28 working days.
- Upon return of the products and after verifying their integrity, we will refund the amount already paid for the purchase of the product, excluding shipping costs, using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
- PayPal refunds will have PayPal fees deducted.
Shipping costs for exchanges and returns are the responsibility of the customer.
